Featured Film & Talk Back: Raising Bar

As part of AMPLIFY: An Evening for Equity, guests will experience a screening of Raising Bar, a powerful documentary from High Spirit Community Farm that explores inclusion, independence, and innovative community living for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Following the screening, NEEC will host a special Talk Back conversation with Lesley Eshelman, Director of Advisory at High Spirit Community Farm. This engaging discussion will connect the themes of the film to the urgent need for affordable, accessible housing and inclusive community models that empower adults with IDD to thrive with dignity, connection, and purpose.

Through storytelling and dialogue, this featured program invites attendees to imagine what is possible when housing, equity, and community are intentionally designed for everyone.

Come be part of a night that celebrates inclusion, elevates voices, and helps build communities where everyone belongs.
